This isn’t your typical retreat simply providing movement and meals. Our workshops will make your experience mind-blowing and are perfectly designed to build upon each other. We’ve broken them up into four key sections:

DAY 1: FOUNDATIONS PART I

Foundations: Mind Zoning® 101 | Prime Your Mind
Learn what is driving 95% of your behavior and more importantly, the keys to rewiring your brain to easily support your goals.

Foundations: What’s Your “Why?”
On the surface, you may think your motivation to change is about losing weight, building self-esteem or increasing your vitality…but it actually goes much deeper. We’ll help you explore the driving motivators to keep you moving forward.

Foundations: Pros & Cons to Accepting Change
Get a deep sense of what a life of health and wellness could bring to all areas of your life as you explore the pros to making a lifestyle change. Then take a look at what the drawbacks are so that you can deeply understand and attack the fears inside you.

DAY 2: FOUNDATIONS PART II 

Foundations: Developing a Positive Attitude
We are the result of every thought we have. Learn how humans were wired to have a negative bias and how to turn that around to reshape your body and your life. You’ll learn the process of radical reframing.

Foundations: Conquering Self-Sabotage & Releasing Shame
Believe it or not, every action, even perceived to be negative, serves a positive function. This work shop will help you explore the root cause of self-sabotage and help you release the shame and guilt of old behaviors.

Foundations: Developing a Powerful Sense of Self-Worth
If we don’t feel we’re worthy of love, acceptance, appreciation, and abundance, we will never have it. It’s time to step into your own personal power and see the purpose you have in this world, begging for you to be at your best.

DAY 3: ACTIVATE 

Activate: Whole-Life Assessment & Planning Skills
We have so much to juggle. Take a step back and evaluate the 10 major areas of your life to check-in on where you are versus where you know you can be. Next create a prioritization plan and framework to take the small steps needed to make a holistic life-shift.

Activate: The How-To & Power of Visioning
If you’ve never created a vision board, you’re in for a magical retreat. If you’re a regular visionary, take your skills to the next level and learn how to amplify your intentions to draw in your dream much more quickly and easily.

Activate: The New You Now
Take your visioning exercise to the next level as you create a mental blueprint for you brain to follow. Your body, energy, focus, productivity, joy, love, and abundance in all areas of life starts with your brain.

DAY 4: EXPLORE 

Explore: Scavenger Hunt
After all that deep-dive work it’s time to PLAY! Join the Mountain Lodge Scavenger Hunt and explore the towns of Telluride and Mountain Village while earning the chance to win a future 2-nt stay.

Diagnosed with Spondylolisthesis 10 years ago, Tracy struggled to find a way to workout pain-free. That led Tracy to discover Kettlebells in 2010 and through that experience, she found her passion to help others achieve success and pain-free movement through exercise. She chose to leave her corporate job and pursue a career in the health and fitness industry. She loves working with people at all levels and helping them to find their true potential through exercise. Tracy’s clients vary from people who have injuries and physical limitations to athletes and people that are just starting their fitness journey. Tracy is eager to share her knowledge and enthusiasm for fitness with all of her clients so they too can thrive.

DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY

The non-refundable deposit of 50% of the retreat package is due at time of booking. The remaining non-refundable balance will be charged 30 days later.  Packages booked within 30-days are charged on full and non-refundable.

On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, we may need to cancel a retreat. We will notify applicants of cancellation a minimum of 7 days in advance of the retreat start date and will offer a full refund and the option to attend a future retreat. We highly recommend investigating travel insurance with appropriate coverage for ultimate flexibility. Neither Mountain Lodge nor Fitlandia will reimburse for travel expenses.  

FAQs

We will be serving up a menu perfect for detoxing. Think of this as an enhanced paleo-style diet void of: all sugar, gluten, grains, alcohol, legumes, soy, and dairy. We also drastically reduce fruit sugars. Don’t worry, you’ll see how deliciously we eat without these common inflammatory items. You’ll learn how to improve your sleep, energy, mood, digestion/gut health, and productivity through this dietary style. 

Our chef will make available vegetarian meals for those requesting it in advance.

The closest airport is Montrose Regional Airport MTJ (approx. 90-minutes from the lodge) and we provide airport transfers to/from the hotel. We’ll arrange pickup for you (see what happens after I book) – and will send you a copy of the confirmation to your email. Once on property you can take advantage of the free gondola system between Mountain Village and Telluride, as well as our hotel shuttle. Should you wish to fly into other airports, you will be responsible for your own car rental (parking at the lodge is included) or airport transfers. Telluride Express provides services to/from Durango, CO and Grand Junction, CO. Denver is a beautiful 6.5 hour drive should you decide to rent from there. Please be warned driving conditions can vary this time of year with snow not being uncommon. 

No tech is allowed during workshops, meals, nor in the Serenity Cabin. We HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to completely remove tech during your entire stay (we explain why during our first night together). The hotel team will be available to take emergency phone calls so you can be reached without worry. We will provide an assortment of books and spa music to enjoy in the Serenity Cabin each night. Bring a fresh journal to log your adventure. 

The Mountain Lodge is extending special discounts (up to 30% off) for those who wish to stay before or after the retreat dates. Please note a room change may be required. You can request these stays by calling Dina Beserra at 970-369-6117.  

The beauty of the region is that weather can change drastically this time of year. The average high is around 45 degrees with an average low of 22 degrees. Layers are smart! The terrain here is epic. Here are other must-pack items:

This retreat is open to women and men alike. Shared accommodations will be gender specific. Fitlandia is proud of our inclusive values and we welcome all adults 18 and older who are in general good health to attend. Since we are at higher elevations in Telluride (8K+ feet), please ensure you discuss any concerns with your physician.

Once you've booked your retreat - GET EXCITED! Now it's time to book your flight into Montrose Regional Airport. You're welcome to select other airports that better suit your schedule or budget, but please know we only provide ground transfers from Montrose Regional Airport (or parking should you decide to drive from another location).

You'll receive an intake form to complete by 9/7/19 so that we can ensure you have an amazing stay and can arrange your transfers for you.
